Greening Homes Trade Show Booth

Tasked with creating the face of a company, I was extremely humbled and excited to build this (one-off) trade show booth for “Greening Homes”. A “green” building company out of Toronto, they are renowned for using sustainable design and materials in all of their projects. The basic vision and shaped was provided so mine was to innovate the final look and also to create something that was not only “green” but also extremely durable with assembly aids in place for quick set up and storage capability. -The end gable (and primary presentation point) is barn board with the company logo routed in. -The counter top is recycled pallet-wood layed out in a herringbone pattern with a hand oil finish. -The cabinet case is built from formaldehyde free melamine. -The painted doors and back panel frames are mixed hardwood that were off-cuts from a stair building company. -The three piece plywood wall section is 8′ tall and has a threaded wing-nut assembly system for tool free set up and disassembly (also in the cabinets) The company has been getting great exposure and increased attention at trade shows with more work as a direct result of this piece. I’m very pleased with those results. Such a unique project
